I'm Cathy Le Feuvre, an author/ writer, broadcaster, media consultant and trainer based in the UK.
I have worked for many years in the British media, across a range of disciplines from print, radio and television (including the BBC and ITV in the UK) to media PR within the third (charity) and faith sector. I am also a published author.
I currently work in broadcasting - as Communities Journalist, and as a producer and presenter on BBC Radio Jersey in the Channel Islands (UK). I also help to co-produce and occasionally present BBC Jersey Sunday Breakfast Show (6-9am), a programme which celebrates the life of the faith community in both Jersey and the island of Guernsey. To date, I have four books which have been published.
In 2013, my first book was published. 'William and Catherine' is the love story of the founders of The Salvation Army told through their letters (pub. Monarch Books, a division of Lion Hudson PLC)
In 2014 Authentic Media published by second book, 'Life Lines' - the story of two friends sharing life, laughter, challenges and cake.
In 2015 I had two books published. 'The Armstrong Girl - a child for sale, the battle against the Victorian sex trade' (Lion Hudson 2015) and 'A Girl with a Mind of Her Own' - the story of Commissioner Gisèle Gowans , a prominent leader in The Salvation Army international church and charity organisation (Shield Books 2015). And, as you'll see from my profile, I have experience in media communications planning, strategy, delivery. and training.

I've specialised in media communications and media PR for religious organisations, churches and faith groups and in PR for the 'third' or charity sector, having spent 7 years at The Salvation Army UK, five of them as Head of Media.

As a former news and current affairs journalist, presenter and producer (regional BBC and ITV) and network ITV producer I bring an excellent all round knowledge and experience of media to any project.

As a trainer, I've been able to help with presentation including media interview techniques and general professional presentation. I also have experience in training in PR media delivery and strategy, and crisis and reputation management.
