It's Wednesday - middle of the week and still lots more to come before we shuffle into the weekend!
Wednesday can feel a bit ... meh ... and we can end up feeling rather disheartened, tired and overwhelmed with life.
But that's just the time to remind ourselves to be more positive.
Let's look for the good things, rather than concentrating on the negative. Let's find the best in ourselves rather than fixating on the worst things we like to dwell on. You know what I'm talking about, I'm sure!
